Classic Art with Contemporary Concepts and Renaissance Skill to Exhibit at Gallery Icosahedron in New York
Mill Valley, Calif. - February 12, 2007 - Jeff Neugebauer, a classically trained artist and a rising star in the San Francisco Bay Area, will be exhibiting his paintings in New York’s Gallery Icosahedron throughout the month of May, 2007. Some of the highlights of Neugebauer’s work that will be showcased include: “Man with a Bowl of Rice”, “Warrior with Destiny” and “The Phoenix”.
Despite the overwhelming popularity of incompetent modern art, Neugebauer's profound work is intended to re-establish painting based on well thought out concepts that are executed with renaissance skill. Neugebauer’s art is sophisticated and has consequently been well received by private collectors and museums on the West Coast. Gallery Icosahedron is providing the East Coast with their first opportunity to see Neugebauer’s work starting May 1st, 2007 at 27 North Moore St. New York, NY 10013.
"It’s wonderful to be exhibiting in New York,” said Jeff Neugebauer. “New York art lovers are sophisticated people – the kind that can appreciate my paintings.”
